Declaration on Principles of Customary Worldwide (Universal) Law for a Global & Interdependent World

The current planetary changes have already gone beyond the well-known principles of international relations set forth in the 1970 Declaration. Today, the need for a new declaration has become urgent - Declaration on Principles of Customary Worldwide (Universal) Law for a Global and Interdependent World. The development of this document could be carried out within the framework of the International Law Committee and approved at the UN General Assembly. This will make it possible to formulate the basic principles of customary world, worldwide, universal law as prerequisites for the emergence and development of the corresponding world public opinion, the emergence of planetary mindset among the people on Earth.

Agreed-upon priority norms of customary world law will provide a powerful impetus to treaty international law and offer a chance to ease tensions in today's highly competitive world leading to weaponization of international interdependencies.

In that Declaration would be disclose for example the content of the following principles of customary worldwide (universal) law for a global and interdependent world:

- Unity and interdependence of the world;

- Non-proliferation and renunciation of the first use of weapons of mass destruction;

- From internal stability and development of states - to regional and global stability;

-From regional security systems to a global system of world security;

- Complexity and multi-variant development of the world, taking into account the specifics of various societies;

-Synthesis of the spirituality of the East and the intellect of the West;

-Unity of world culture and spirituality of modern civilization.
